Helpful hints when using this silicone tube headband.

For really easy removal of the tube from the spectacle temples. Simply place your thumb and finger tip at the furthest end of the tube on the temple. And easily roll it back off the temple. Note: If you just pull the tube from the centre section. The part not on the temple (arms) it will just grip on tighter. This certainly does prevent it from slipping off the temples.
